Species. -- Tengu.
More specifically, a Kotengu. A Japanese bird demon. Has a more avian form.
Born. -- He does not remember and nor does he seem to care.
Age. -- Unaging. Old as dirt, though appears mid thirties.
Family. -- No biological family. He was once tied to a clan of his kind, though this was loose. They have since perished or moved on, and he gives them little thought now.
Status. -- Free, upper class. Very wealthy.
Origins. -- An isolated, forest dense mountain in Japan.

Sora is an old creature, his kind written in stories throughout the ages. Tales of them change as times pass, leaving their kind to be somewhat elusive, but the Tengu has adapted through the years to fit into an ever changing, ever developing world.
He has lived a life of being worshiped and as such, considers himself a God worthy of being praised. In exchange? He simply will not inflict the mischief upon people that he is so very good at creating. Or, such was how things were. As times came to pass, people grew bold. His sanctuary was ransacked, and the territory he once called home was forever defiled. Now, despite all desire to stay in the lands he knows and calls home, he has been driven to find somewhere else to make his.

Fair with warmer, fawn undertones.

6foot, 5inches humanoid. 7foot, 8inches demonic.

Mesomorph. Sleek, agile muscle.

Pointed, similar to elven.

Short back and sides, longer on top.

Inky black, with white streak offset from center.

Span of fifteen feet. Mostly black with ivory splashes.

Possessions.
∙Hauchiwa. - Fan made of long, black feathers. In his possession, this is the what he channels his magic through. It can be used to create intense, blustering winds they obey his will. He can also make the noses of those he taps with it grow or shrink, most often done as a practical joke, or to those that simply irritate him.
∙Mask. Throughout the years his kin are often depicted carrying or wearing masks around. Sora feels most comfortable wearing his when in his human form. It is a dark crimson mask, with gold accents painted onto its demonic, fanged face. He is very protective of it.
∙Katana. A practiced and seasoned fighter, Sora has wielded a single blade for many years now. It is simple in design, a silver blade with black hilt, and small, silver flowers engraved into it. Usually at his side and wickedly sharp and well maintained, it is a sleek and graceful weapon that guises its danger with beauty.
Quirks and abilities.
∙Can possess the weak of will and body. Mortal vessels are the easiest to claim. When possessing, his body vanishes into dark smoke.
∙Able to mimic the voices of those he has conversed with.
∙Possesses a demonic form and can shapeshift into a feral magpie at will.
∙Territorial, not above killing and eating those who trespass into areas that he has claimed as his own.
∙Likes to lure and tempt people away from whatever faith they may so follow, and in doing such have them come to worship him instead.
∙Scared of shiny objects. Will yeet immediately.
